The department of communication at ASIAFCO covers specifically:

Communication concerning events, relating to the promotion of events that are assigned to us.

Institutional communication, relating to the promotion of development projects and programmes that organisations are implementing.

Our principal services

The principal communication services that we offer, both in French and in English (thanks to the support of our Irish and Belgian partners) are:
  • Designing strategies and communication plans.

  • Creating visual identities and logos and all the graphical elements to support an event or a programme.

  • Creating, hosting and maintaining an Internet site, producing electronic newsletters.

  • Designing and producing brochures and leaflets, posters and signage elements, catalogues, annual reports.

  • Media coverage of events and programmes: organisation of press campaigns (press releases, articles and press packs, targeted mailings and telephone follow-up with agencies), press conferences, radio and TV spots.

  • Producing photo and video reports

NETAFRICOM

NETAFRICOM is a network of communication agencies that currently includes twelve partners covering all the countries in West Africa.The NETAFRICOM network is intended primarily for all the economic and institutional actors that want to develop communication programmes in the sub-region, that is:
  • Regional and international organisations,

  • Programmes / projects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation bodies,

  • Public and private enterprises with a regional dimension,

  • Events promoters with a regional nature.

Our members
The members of the network are connected among themselves by a partnership agreement defining the procedures for collaboration and operation. Within the framework of this agreement, each member undertakes to comply with a code of ethics in terms of conduct, image, quality, time periods and confidentiality connected with the areas of communication and with the activities that are assigned to us by our clients.
